- Soul Fire Review added: 2018.10.23★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Can't say I'll be registering here, a rather rude receptionist answered with 'can you hold the line' then proceeded to leave me on hold for a few minutes before I got annoyed. If you can't answer the phone don't, if you have an answering service, use it! Don't be rude and cut off a potential client because you're too busy - and if you do have to do something like that at least be polite. You're one receptionist and trawling of reviews has cost you 4 patients in total. Not amused, management should deal with their receptionists attitude.
