  Driver twice tried to deliver to No 17 when the parcel was clearly addressed to me at No 19. Neighbour works so I waited in for 2 full days to no avail. Eventually he got it right on third attempt. Not good enough UPS.

  Paid for a package overnight from Holland. Parcel made it as far as Tamworth where it sat all day yesterday while their tracking told me it was out for delivery. 7pm it changed and announced they had decided to deliver it on Monday. Sat on hold for 20 plus minutes to get someone on the phone who speaks as much English as I do their home language. Got fobbed off with every excuse under the sun as to why they hadnt been delivered. Finally got to speak to a (less than) super visor who told me there was nothing she could do at this time of night. Told her I would be at the local delivery at 8am to pick it up and it had better be waiting.
  
  Got there 8:10 this morning and it still on the trailer. 2hours later they finally tipped the trailer and the parcel that was supposed to be on the back of the trailer was one of the last ones off.
  
  Absolute shower of s**t. This is supposed to be a company that loves logistics yet cant get 1 parcel from Amsterdam to Southport without fouling up for the second time in two weeks!!
  
  Never darken on this companies doorstep. They are the biggest bunch of cowboys I have ever had to deal with managing to bollox up two deliveries to me in the space of two weeks!!
